Who is responsible

Egidio Da Costa operates this website under the Fribu Solutions brand and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Contact: hello@fribusolutions.com. Company and name registration are in progress; this website does not represent Fribu Solutions as an already registered company. Last updated: 8 September 2026.

When you visit

This website has no enquiry form and uses no added analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare serves its pages and assets. Hosting involves processing request information such as IP addresses and browser/request details; processing and retention depend on the hosting configuration and provider terms.

When you book

The booking link opens Google Calendar. You provide the details needed to arrange your appointment, and Fribu Solutions receives the appointment information as organiser. Google Meet details are supplied after booking.

When you contact us

The email link opens your email application. We receive your message only if you send it. Fribu business email uses Google Workspace; booking and email information are not stored in a website enquiry database.

Do not send passwords, access credentials, customer or employee personal data, or confidential documents. A high-level description of your needs is enough.

Why information is used

Technical request information is used to deliver and protect the website, based on the legitimate interest in keeping it available and secure. Names, email addresses, appointment details and information you choose to share are used to respond to enquiries and arrange your requested conversation, based on the legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where you personally request steps towards a contract with you, that processing is necessary to take those steps at your request.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary. A booking requires the basic details requested by Google Calendar; without them an appointment cannot be arranged. This website does not make automated decisions about you or create advertising profiles.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. Google Workspace provides business email, Calendar and Meet. These providers process information to supply their services and may use infrastructure and subprocessors outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Their published data-processing terms describe international-transfer safeguards, including applicable adequacy arrangements and standard contractual clauses for restricted transfers. Details are available at https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/ and https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum/. Contact hello@fribusolutions.com to request information about safeguards relevant to your data. Google also provides its own privacy information when you open its services.

How long information is kept

Enquiry messages, appointment details and related notes are kept while needed to answer your enquiry, conduct the diagnostic and complete follow-up you request. Any longer retention must be justified by an ongoing relationship, an applicable legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim. Information that is no longer needed for these purposes is deleted; this is not a promise of automatic deletion on a fixed date.

The website has no separate enquiry database or application log archive. Cloudflare's operational and security processing and Google's service backups follow the applicable provider terms and service settings; removing a message does not imply immediate removal of every provider backup. Browser-storage durations are explained on the Cookies and browser storage page.

Your rights and contact

Contact hello@fribusolutions.com to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data; do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an agreed secure method.

You can complain to Portugal's data-protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at https://www.cnpd.pt/, or to the competent supervisory authority where you live or work.
